15th Century Parisian Book of Hours Leaf with many initials

20 lines of text in single-column. Text is in brown ink which is still sharp. The leaf has many initials, 17 in total. 8 of the initials are done in red and blue penwork, with flourishing penwork into the left margin. 9 initials are done with fine black penwork and burnished gold leaf, as well with penwork into the left margin. 9 line-fillers are also present in blue ink and burnished gold.
